Developement Resources
Softech can provide resource teams for small to mid-sized projects that typically involve a team of two to five developers working within a two to six month timeframe. These development teams would be assigned based on client’s requirements for skill set and seniority to complete a particular project. If required, Softech will look to its regional partners Wintellect and Dunn Training and Consulting to supplement project support.
Quality Assurance Planning & Development
Resources from Softech will design a quality assurance plan that is specifically tailored to meet your organization’s requirements and needs. We will identify the elements and current state of the environment, assess the overall project state, and give prioritized recommendations on reaching the identified quality objectives. Softech offers resources for Test Plan Generation, Automation Framework Development, and BVT(Binary Verification Test)Automation.
Project Analysis
A seasoned professional with extensive IT and business knowledge will provide a Software Elements Analysis. This process first involves interviewing the necessary parties, such as project stakeholders, internal & external users of the project. Next documentation is started and follow-up interviews conducted as necessary to clarify certain areas or points. The project stakeholder(s) have final approval of the document’s findings and the document is formally delivered to the client.
Architecture and Design
For projects in which the requirements are well-known, Softech offers resources to complete the Functional Specification for a project. This document describes the various functionality and behavior of the application. Softech can also provide the interface architecture and database design in this document.

We work with your project teams as advisors or team members and strive to transfer our knowledge and skills throughout the full project lifecycle.
On-Site Mentoring and Project Support
Softech can provide on-site resources to work with you to define work item lists and then assign tasks to the your staff for development. We then work alongside your team to accomplish these tasks, advising and reviewing their work as necessary. This is a strongly focused mentoring approach, with the highest priority being to bring the client staff up to speed on the identified technology, be productive, and output useful functional pieces on meaningful projects.
Customized Training Courses
We customize content for over 75% of our classes to suit the needs of the customer. Softech can arrange Official Microsoft courses as well as customized training options to increase the knowledge of the client’s staff. These training courses may be conducted on-site, or as part of a larger class at a local training facility.
